RETURNS
I hope you love your CUTEAF product just as much as I love making them!
However, if you decide within 30 days from receiving your item that the love isn't there, I am happy to accept returns within those 30 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unwashed, with tags still attached (if applicable). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
DAMAGE & OTHER ISSUES
I make every CUTEAF item from scratch and take great care in ensuring that all products arrive as expected!
If your order arrives with any damage/defect or other issue please contact me immediately at [email address] with a short description noting (i) the relevant damage/defect or if you receive the wrong item (ii) a full picture of the damage/defect/issue related to the product; and (iii) your order number; and (iii) so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain custom products (such as special orders or personalised items - eg. items with an embroidered name) cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
EXCHANGES
I am make every CUTEAF item to order, the fastest way to ensure you get exactly the item you're looking for is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUNDS
I will notify you once I have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that I am not a bank and am also at the mercy of bank processing times! It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the return and for it to arrive in your account.

I run CUTEAF on my own, and occasionally things happen. If 15 business days have passed since you emailed me regarding your return, and you have not received a response, please feel free to send me a reminder!
EUROPEAN UNION 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unwashed, and with tags still attached (if applicable).
