SHIPPING

I will make every effort to fulfil your order as soon as it is received, depending on the ongoing volumes! As each CUTEAF product is made to order, please allow to 5-7 business days for your order to be made and shipped! Orders will be processed and shipped in the order that they have been received. 

If you purchase express shipping, please note that this DOES NOTE speed up the processing time of your order, only the shipping time. Shipping during normal times (holiday seasons excluded) to addresses across the UK take approximately 2-5 business days.

Please note that an order confirmation does not mean that an item has been shipped yet. You will receive an email confirming that your purchase has been shipped once it has been issued to Royal Mail for delivery. 

CUTEAF is not responsible for any lost, damaged or delayed packages caused by matters not under its full direct control, including without limitation, due to delays cause by the shipping company, extreme weather or restricted travel. 

If delivery suffers a delay or if the delivery cannot be fully dispatched or only partially dispatched due to the goods not being able to be processed or any other reason, I will take reasonable steps to inform the customer about this as quickly as possible! In this case, the customer will be given the option to terminate the agreement, free of charge, or carry on with the partial order, with charges adjusted accordingly. In the case of termination in accordance with this paragraph, the customer will be refunded the sum paid, at the latest within 30 days after termination.

CUTEAF offers free standard shipping on all UK orders over £60, and USA and Canada orders over £125. Free shipping will be applied to your order at checkout.
